Hila joined Motorad Ltd in 2013 as VP Human Resources. Previously, she served as director, Yakum Cooperative Agricultural Association, and HR manager and a board member at both Oran Safety Glass and Plastiv Group, where she led organizational change processes in bringing compliance to company strategies.

She has an MBA from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in behavioral science from Ruppin College.
