MotoRad Welcomes Phil Halberg as Vice President – Commercial, US & Canada

February 20, 2024 – MotoRad is delighted to announce the appointment of Phil Halberg as the company’s new Vice President – Commercial, US & Canada, effective February 21, 2024. Phil brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth and enhancing profitability in highly competitive markets.

Phil joins MotoRad from Tenneco Inc. / Federal-Mogul Corporation, where he held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President & General Manager of Sales. During his tenure, Phil led successful integration efforts post-merger, generating significant synergy savings and enhancing team efficiencies across $2.5 billion in annual revenue. His strategic vision and leadership skills have consistently delivered results and added value to his previous organizations.

Prior to his role at Tenneco Inc. / Federal-Mogul Corporation, Phil served in various senior positions at CARDONE Industries, Inc. His accomplishments include direct responsibility for creating and developing strategic partnerships, resulting in substantial revenue growth and improved gross margins. Phil’s experience in restructuring organizational design and implementing strategic initiatives has strengthened leadership and driven growth across all channels of distribution.

With his extensive background in strategic account management, cross-functional team leadership, and new business development, Phil is well-equipped to lead our US/Canada sales team at MotoRad. His deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs will be instrumental as we execute our growth strategy and drive value for our clients.
