Mr. Ilkin Mammadov
Chief Information Officer
Ilkin Mammadov joined MotoRad in 2025 as Chief Information Officer, where he leads the company’s global IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives. He is responsible for overseeing enterprise systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data platforms that enable scalable growth and operational excellence across Motorad’s global footprint.
Before joining MotoRad, Ilkin served as Vice President of IT & PMO, where he led global teams and delivered complex technology programs spanning business systems integrations, sales platforms, supply chain technologies and manufacturing operations. He is particularly experienced in leading digital initiatives that support M&A, drive efficiency, and enable cross-functional alignment.
Ilkin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Ilkin is based in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia office.
