Hila Rogalin is a seasoned human-resources executive and strategic people-leader currently serving as Global Vice President of Human Resources.
In this capacity, she oversees talent acquisition, organizational development, and culture initiatives to align the company’s human-capital with business objectives.
Previously, Hila built her expertise in HR across fast-moving environments, with a strong emphasis on driving people-centric change and scaling teams for growth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences (BA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
With a passion for empowering individuals and fostering inclusive, high-performance workplaces, Hila is committed to shaping an environment where talent flourishes and organizational success follow from authentic, engaged teams.
Hila is based out of MotoRad’s offices in Israel.
