Mr. Paul Dilisio
Global Vice President of Commercial
Paul joined MotoRad in 2022 and has responsibility for overseeing all of MotoRad’s global commercial activities.
Paul brings to MotoRad his extensive and diverse automotive and industrial background, where he held roles in Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, Program Management, and Global Sales and Marketing. Paul’s previous roles were with several global automotive OEMs and global automotive Tier 1 suppliers located both in North America and Europe. He has built and managed successful global sales and marketing teams with a proven track record of generating growth and improving profitability.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering and Management Institute), a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Operations Management, and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, all from Kettering University.
